Data users
To understand user requirements, it is critical to be able to identify the different levels of users. By mapping the evolution of information from service provider to end users, we can define user groups and explore what kind of services and data products are relevant to them.
The model above based on a DIKW pyramid, illustrates how information is managed and utilised by the various different data users and stakeholders.
